This limpkin at La Chua Trail appears confused by this plastic bottle. As if it were his favorite red apple he pecks at it, trying unsuccessfully to extract the snail inside. He even flips it over and still no snail.

Although limpkins are known for littering, leaving empty snail shells all over La Chua, this one is bewildered by non-biodegradable litter left by one of the park’s non-feathered visitors.
