As many alligator photos as I have taken, there is something I especially like about the look on this big guy’s (actually medium-size guy’s) face.

Right after I took this photo I apparently got one step too close trying to get a better angle on the front of his face. He jumped into the water, swam away and hid under some vegetation — which is where gators spend most of their time.
